PlainMile reads supported PDFs and images in your browser. Your assignment document, paystub, and extracted text do not need to be sent to a PlainMile server to run the paycheck checker.
What stays on your device
The checker processes assignment documents, paystubs, extracted text, and OCR results locally in your browser while you use the tool.
Information the checker does not need
You do not need to create an account or provide your Social Security number, bank details, employee ID, hospital name, or agency name to compare a paycheck.
Usage analytics
PlainMile uses limited analytics to understand how the service is used. Assignment documents, paystubs, extracted text, filenames, and compensation values are not included in analytics.
Supported files
The checker currently supports PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files. Scanned documents may be read with local OCR in your browser.
